1. INTRODUCTION
This policy explains how Aveshost uses cookies and related technologies on www.aveshost.com, my.aveshost.com and amailplus.com. It describes the categories we use, the services involved and how you can manage your choices. Please read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. WHAT A COOKIE IS
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It can keep you signed in, remember a preference or help measure visits. Session cookies last for a browsing session; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you remove them.
We also use related technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels. Local storage can remember settings without an automatic expiry. A pixel sends information about an interaction to its provider.
3. CONSENT CATEGORIES
We sort cookies and related technologies into four categories. Necessary features remain active before you choose. Optional analytics and advertising wait until you accept or save your preferences.
- Necessary: supports security, account sessions, shopping carts, cookie choices, currency selection and Tawk.to live support. These features stay active when you reject optional categories.
- Functional: remembers optional choices that improve your visit and covers optional review features when used. Our locally hosted review images and ordinary links do not themselves require a third-party cookie.
- Analytics: helps us understand visits and improve useful pages through Google Analytics where configured.
- Advertisement: supports Meta advertising measurement, attribution and relevant offers through Meta Pixel and the Conversions API.
For new visitors, optional switches are preselected in the consent panel. This does not activate analytics or advertising until you accept or save. Existing saved preferences are respected.
4. THE COOKIES WE SET
The following cookies and browser storage are managed by our own implementation. Some are used only on particular pages or domains.

Account and checkout sessions on my.aveshost.com also use necessary session cookies managed by our billing platform. Their names and duration depend on the session and sign-in settings. Removing necessary cookies may interrupt sign-in, checkout or saved preferences.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
These services support our current website and client portal. A provider may use more than one cookie or storage mechanism; the lifetime below describes the relevant browser storage, not how long the provider retains all information.

6. CLOUDFLARE DELIVERY AND SECURITY
Cloudflare helps deliver our website and protect it from malicious traffic. These network services remain active when you reject optional cookies. Cloudflare manages any cookies used by its security features and sets their lifetime.
7. HOW WE USE ANALYTICS AND META
We load Google Analytics directly using the Google tag after analytics consent. Our current application does not use a Google Tag Manager container to manage these integrations.
After advertising consent, Meta Pixel sends browser events and the Conversions API sends permitted server events. These can include page visits, product views, cart activity and confirmed purchases, with details such as value, currency and product identifiers. Where both browser and server events are sent, matching event identifiers help Meta avoid counting the same event twice.
Meta may receive browser identifiers and, where available and permitted, hashed customer identifiers for matching. Hashing does not make personal information anonymous. Our tracking strips query strings from page URLs and excludes marketing tracking from sensitive client-portal pages.
8. HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CHOICE
- Agree & Proceed or Accept all enables all optional categories.
- Decline all or Reject keeps only Necessary active.
- Manage choices lets you change individual switches. Select Save preferences to apply them. Closing the panel does not save changes.
Reopen the consent panel at any time using the link below. Rejecting optional categories does not hide live chat or change your currency. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking and removes the relevant cookies that our sites can access; it does not erase information already received by a provider.
Aveshost and its client portal share consent cookies under aveshost.com. Amailplus.com is a separate domain with its own preferences. To change choices there, open its consent panel when visiting that site, or remove that domain's consent cookies to show its banner again.
9. YOUR BROWSER SETTINGS
Your browser lets you view, delete or block cookies and clear local storage. Blocking necessary storage may affect account access, shopping carts, currency preferences or live support. Blocking third-party tracking may prevent measurement even when you have accepted optional categories.
Clearing consent cookies makes the banner appear again. Clearing local storage can also remove remembered settings. Payment providers and other sites you choose to open may have their own cookie notices.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy as our services and cookie use change. We publish every update on this page and revise the date above. When we add or change a third-party service, we update the service table to reflect its purpose, category and storage duration.
